of fake estate agents is the focus of this week’s episode of popular TV Drama
Series, Professor Johnbull, sponsored by the grandmasters of data, Globacom.
Titled “Estate Agents,” the comic-filled episode exposes the activities of fake estate agents who currently dominate the nation's real estate industry.
Globacom, in a press statement said, "it is common knowledge that the activities of quacks in the nation's real estate management have given the industry a great challenge and many people have fallen victims of the pranks and exploitation of these fake estate agents who not only rent or sell the same property to several people at the same time, but who also abscond with people’s money."
"We are confident that after watching this new episode, many who would have been victims would have learnt some lessons as “Estate Agents” is a complete expose on the activities of fake real estate agents", the statement added.

The episode parades Professor Johnbull (Kanayo O. Kanayo) and other regulars such as Samson (Ogus Baba), Flash (Stephen Odimgbe), Etuk (Bishop Imeh), Jumoke as played by Bidemi Kosoko and Elizabeth, the daughter of Professor Johnbull, acted by Queen Nwokoye.
The following pertinent questions will be answered at the end of the programme: Who is a fake estate agent? Are there acceptable charges in the real estate industry? Is there any difference between 'agreement fee' and 'agent fee'? Should landlords who give out their property charge any other fee apart from the rent?
“Estate Agents” will be aired on NTA Network, NTA International on DSTV Channel 251 and NTA on StarTimes at 8.30 p.m. on Tuesday, while the repeat broadcast comes up on Friday at 8.30 p.m. on the same channels.
