Prof Johnbull Shows His Kindest Side In Brand New Episode

Glo-sponsored TV drama series, Professor Johnbull will  today drive home the importance  of   moral rectitude to the growth of the   society as the lead character, Kanayo O. Kanayo displays rare acts of kindness to "proximate people" in the popular sitcom.

In the episode  titled "No Help" the erudite professor laments that the ugly trend of low moral values has culminated in the non- readiness of people to render help to their fellow humans. "This rather untoward incidence is the reason   many are unwilling to be their brothers' keepers", the drama's Executive Producer, Globacom opined in a press statement issued in Lagos.

Professor Johnbull,  in his usual homily  left  no one in doubt about his disapproval of moral fraud and also emphasised the  consequences  to anyone who pays good with evil.
According to Globacom,  "No Help" is an episode which dramatises the unpleasant experiences many good  Samaritans have suffered in the hands of people who lack natural sense of gratitude. Sadly enough, it is the society that suffers ultimately as any act of ingratitude, no matter how little, is capable if dissuading others from rendering help and assistance even to those who would have appreciated such help", the company said.

Globacom further averred that the dictum 'one soiled finger soils others'  is an apt description of realities in human relations while sounding a note of warning to  individuals to be wary of  their attitudes so that one person's errors will not have negative effects on others. In addition to this, "No Help" defines acceptable  behaviours which, it insists, are central to the continuity of the human race.

Professor Johnbull will, in the episode display  palpable kindness to others as he confronts the street  norms  of Churchill (Jnr. pope Odonwodo), the business acumen of Olaniyi (Yomi Fash-Lanso). He also exposes why Olaniyi  declines  to assist  people in his Nkwobi business.

The educative episode is scheduled  to air  today on NTA Network, NTA International on DSTV Chanel 251 and NTA on StarTimes at 8.30 p.m. while repeat  broadcasts  will be on Friday at 8.30p.m. on the same channels.
