Telecommunication
giant, Glo in a Press Conference this morning announced D’Banj as a brand
ambassador of the company, officially.
The Press Conference took
place at the Mike Adenuga Towers, Victoria Island, Lagos and it was also the
launch of the Glo Nokia Asha 210.
The Glo Nokia has 50 Hit
songs from the KokoMaster D’Banj of which 15 are new song and are yet to be
released. It goes for only N11,000 and comes free one year internet access.
D’banj was among the earliest
brand ambassadors signed by Glo, but his contract was not renewed at the end of
its expiration due to some indifference between him and the telecom company.
