Sarkodie, Joey B, and Castro to rock Republic Hall on March 22

Republic Hall Week celebrations have become the most patronized and celebrated hall week among all the tertiary institutions in Ghana.
The hall week (#repuHW) which lasts for 7 days is a celebration per excellence featuring lots of wonderful packages which have been ingeniously designed to spark continuous hilarity in the hearts of the patronizers and this year's also promises to be one of the best celebrations.
As part of efforts by current JCR Executives of Republic Hall of the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST) to maintain theRepublic Hall FunCity as one of the greatest campus events in Ghana, Sarkodie, Joey B, and Castro have been signed to rock Republic Hall on March 22, 2014.
This exclusive information was disclosed to myJCR News on Saturday by the President of the Hall, Yakubu Togbor Yusuf.
The FunCity is the climax of the Republic Hall Week Celebration which starts from March 15 to March 23, 2014.
The Repu FunCity 2014 also promises to be extraordinary due to the introduction of the most secure and reliable ticketing solution for events by myJCRtickets.com.

During previous  Repu FunCity events, students from KNUST and other tertiary institutions across Ghana had to join long queue to pay cash at the gate in order to enjoy the event. This situation usually result in serious congestion at the gates and sometime lead to various social vices.
The Republic Hall JCR Executives have therefore decided to be the first hall in Ghana to implement the most secure event ticketing system to ensure maximum security and effective sales of entry tickets.
Measures have been put in place for students of KNUST and other tertiary institutions in Ghana to request or order entry tickets for the Repu FunCity2014 in advance on any internet enabled mobile phone / computer by simply visiting www.myJCRtickets.com. Advance tickets are being sold for GH¢5.00 for now. The tickets are delivered free of charge to all hostels/halls at KNUST, UCC, and Legon and only cash-payment is accepted upon delivery.
Students who order the tickets will be given colour-coded myJCR Wristbands on March 22 to enable students to re-enter and exit the venue smoothly as many times as possible without the need for entry pass checks.

Special provision has beeen made for current residents of the Hall to enable them move in and out the hall without the need to purchase entry tickets or show their ID cards. This has been made possible by a special secure ticketing service provided by www.myJCRtickets.com (020-1234-708).
