It will be an extra special Easter this
weekend for music fans as 2Face, Olamide, Phyno, Kcee and Mr. Raw get set to
storm Umuahia for the fourth concert off Star Music Trek 2014.
The exciting 10-city-10 week concert
currently touring the country gathers momentum as Abia State hosts the music
tour this year at Abia Hotels, Umuahia, on April 19th 2014.
Star Music Trek, which kicked off on April
5 in Nsukka, has visited Makurdi and Uyo and witnessed a massive turnout of
fans eager to watch thrilling performances from their favourite stars.
“If you’re not with us on April 19th,
you’re on a really long thing. We’ll be rocking this city from start till stop just
like we did in Nsukka, Makurdi and Uyo on The Trek,” says 2Face.
“This will be my best Easter yet; I’ll be
spending it with my fans in Umuahia. Fantastic music, exciting performances,
major surprises, and everything else that makes The Trek rock, right there in
Umuahia,” enjoins Phyno.
A
pre-gig party will hold on April 18th 2014 at De Latinos Bar Umuahia where
lucky guests will win lots of fantastic branded prizes such as phones, TVs,
branded carpets and much more up.
Star Music Trek has toured Nsukka, Makurdi and
Uyo, with thousands of fans converging at selected venues in the cities for
spectacular nights of music and fun.Artistes on the Trek this year include
2face, Tiwa Savage, M.I, Olamide, Davido, Wizkid, Wande Coal, Sound Sultan,
Pasuma, Mr Raw, Timaya, Dr Sid, Naeto C, KCee, Sean Tizzle, Phyno and May D.
Star Music Trek 2014 will also be touring six other cities: Orlu, Ekwulobia,
Onitsha, Benin, Ado Ekiti culminating in a spectacular grand finale which will
hold at Jalisco Sports Center, Oshodi, Lagos State.
