… As Upcoming Emcee, Vemor Emerges
Winner of Episode Two.
The second episode of the first-of-its-kind HipHop show, The Hennessy VS Class took over social media and the radio on Thursday, July 3, 2014 with some of the biggest names in the Nigerian hiphop scene.
The show which held at Nigeria’s leading urbane radio station, Beat FM in Lagos with OAPs, Olisa and Jimmie hosting the late night show and DJ Neptune dropping jaw dropping beats for both the judges and the competing Emcees throughout the show, got radio listeners super excited as they joined the nonstop conversation on Twitter which trended in Lagos and Nigeria till the early hours of Friday.
Indigenous rappers, IllBliss, Reminisce, Falz, Young6ix were the judges for the night and opened the show with vivacious freestyles giving the contestants the floor to impress them.
The theme of the second episode, which centres around indigenous rap witnessed rounds of intense rap sessions and two finalists, Vemor and Kiiwii were selected by the excited judges and listeners to go head-to-head in the final round.
With witty bars and a seamless flow, Vemor was unanimously chosen as the new champ by the highly impressed panel of judges and the thousands of listeners who voted for him on social media, also making 'Vemor' a trending topic in Nigeria.
Vemor joins episode one winner, Eclipse as the VS Class Emcees who will release a collaboration sponsored by premium cognac brand, Hennessy and will receive massive airplay on The Beat 99.9FM.

others.
The VS Class show continues with one
more episode this year with some of the past judges and DJs coming back for the
final showdown for 2014.
