Ladies’ man and MTV Base VJ, Ehizojie Okoeguale, widely known as Ehiz is making his marking his territory as the hottest VJ in the Nigerian entertainment scene. The vibrant presenter and host of Nigeria’s biggest weekly chart show, the MTV Base Official Naija Top 10, is delighted to share a set with sultry singer, Seyi Shay, who co-hosts this week’s show.

The “Irawo” hitmaker who is at number 7 on this week’s chart with her new video, “Ragga Ragga” uses the opportunity to give her insight into some of the videos forming this week’s chart, as well as her close mentor/protégé relationship with multiple award-winning artist, 2Face.

After the show, Seyi Shay does a quick freestyle for Ehiz and gives him more than he bargains for by surprising him with a quick kiss (shielded from the camera with her hands).

VIDEO: YAW ATTACKED BY OGBANJE

In preparation for his upcoming annual stage play “The Street”, prolific radio host and Wazobia FM OAP, Yaw teams up with fast rising actress, Destiny Amaka in this hilarious skit “Ogbanje”.

 

The two-man stage play, which is set to hold on Sunday, March 30^th at Eko Hotel and Suites will feature ace comedian, Julius Agwu in a satirical piece centered on memorable events in Nigeria from January 2013 to February 2014 depicted in rhythm and style.

Who    Is T.I.M? Born Fakayode Oluwatimileyin Amos Jnr., T.I.M (which is an acronym for Time is Money) is a multitalented Nigerian Musician - and the newest kid on the block. He first discovered his love for music at the tender age of 7 when he officially joined the church choir. After 4 years of studying computer science in the university, T.I.M decided to pursue his first love which is music and has over the past few years developed several skills as a multi-genre  writer, singer, rapper, and music producer.

AMG Music Group Unveils New Act ‘ESKQIU

Eskqiu who goes by the birth name Salami Quadri also known as ‘’AMG BOY’’ is a young talented afro pop artiste signed to a new record label AMG Music Group.

The name ‘’ESKQIU ‘’ came from his initials S.Q but he turned it into one word with additional letters while AMG BOY, represents his record label AMG MUSIC GROUP. A native of Osun state but has spent most of his years in Lagos.

He’s been a music lover from his teenage age where he always tries to be the first of his mates to know the lyrics of every popular or reigning song in town.
While growing up he listened to the likes of 2pac, Obie trice, Eminem, missy Elliot, lil kim, to mention a few, and will mime a lot of them to people. Eskqiu started writing his own lyrics back in 2005. He started up with rap and gradually fell in love with afro pop.

In 2005 he did a rap song with Jo’Kaynie  titled “Naija LA”. It got a little air play on star fm back then. Ever since then he’s been on the underground working on his development. He has since worked with the likes of  K solo, Hcode, Ex-O cash in, Jaysleek, more recently, EmmyAce and Ekelly. He also featured as the hype man on CocoIce – Its me video, directed by MattMax back in 2012. Eskqiu’s role models are Ice prince, Dbanj, Wizkid and every one that does lovely music. And he wishes to work with most of them.

If Eskqiu is not doing music you could always find him on the play station console or watching soccer. Single is the word when it comes to relationship status for him. His ambition is to become a great artiste loved by the young and adults.

Eskqiu just got signed on to AMG Music Group 2013 and have since recorded a couple of songs in which one of the song title KOMOLE will be on a rotation play on some popular radio station so get ready. He loves the ladies so expect more lovely songs if u are a lady.
One thing you need to know about Eskqiu is that he likes to have fun in and out of music.

#BowenRiot: “Our VC Treats Us Like Prisoners” – Bowen University Students Riot & Vandalize School [PHOTOS]

Students of Bowen University, Iwo, Osun State took matters into their hands as they protested the reign of current VC, Matthew Ojo.

The students, who had had enough of Ojo’s Nazi-like regime, started a riot at about 9pm on Wednesday night, destroying cars, street lights, shops, windows and even burnt part of some buildings.

According to a source at the University, Ojo had brought in rules that were not favorable to student life in the least.

The VC had reportedly denied the students basic amenities, giving them food and light only in restricted periods.

“You can’t eat except at stipulated hours,” the source said. “You fill statement forms if you’re caught eating. No break time in between classes to support the food timetable though. So if your class falls during the eating period, you’re not eating.”

He also infringed on their health rights, denying students access to healthcare after 6pm.

With all these, it’s easy to see why the students would have been forced to carry out their actions.
