The next episode of the popular TV drama series, Professor
Johnbull, sponsored by foremost telecommunications company, Globacom, is
focusing on the antics of deceptive domestic servants.
The edition follows in the footsteps of past episodes which
isolated a social malaise each for treatment, using satire and slap-stick
humour.
The episode entitled Work Chop, features a cameo
appearance by respected thespian, Richard Mofe Damijo, popularly known as RMD.
The show sponsor, Globacom, in a statement said the new episode
brings attention to a minor social problem that is capable of destroying
relationships and trust in the society. The company said the episode will
amplify the need to embrace honesty in people’s dealings with each other,
especially between domestic workers and their principals.
Viewers will be able to find answers to a series of posers, such
as why domestic servants cheat and why business owners keep two sets of
receipts to cater for the cheating tendencies of their customers, among other
things. They will also learn of several ways domestic workers steal from their
bosses.
Apart from RMD, the fresh episode also features the usual stars,
such as, Professor Johnbull (Kanayo O. Kanayo), Olaniyi (Yomi Fash-Lanso) and
Abadnego (Martins Nebo) and other extras.
Catch Professor Johnbull on NTA Network, NTA International on
DSTV Channel 251 and NTA on StarTimes on Tuesday at 8.30 p.m. with a repeat broadcast on the same
channels on
