Academy launch in Dubai.
"People don’t have to fight to be a champion, they can get
in shape to be a champion for themselves," says Tyson. "There are
quite a few gyms in Dubai but they are not the right gyms. The difference is
big, and our academy is the right gym."
Dubai wing will be one of the eight in total to establish around
the world, in 2017. The headquarter is going to be in Las Vegas, other will
soon pop in in France, New Zealand, North Africa and Australia, and one in Abu
Dhabi as well. It is a two-year project, to open fitness and boxing gyms in 10
different countries.
Tyson is of the belief that Dubai is the city which can show
people the best of the Middle East, its people and Islam.

will house a boxing ring, training area, group training and fitness classrooms
and MX4 training bays. The grander academies will also contain Mike’s
Memorabilia Museum, juice bar or healthy café and spa amenities including pool,
sauna, and steam. The trainers working in the academies will be having a Mike
Tyson Certificate and will make use of Mike Tyson’s fitness techniques and
principles to give the clients a perfect experience.
The launch event
in Atlantis The Palm, Dubai had Pakistani celebrities as invitees. We saw
beautiful Momina Mustehsan, legendary boxer Amir Khan and his gorgeous wife
Faryal Makhdoom and stunning Ayesha Omar.
