Glo subscribers throng Surulere for Laffta Fest

Memories from the Surulere edition of Glo Laffta Fest will forever remain indelible in the minds of over 10,000 Glo subscribers who thronged the Eagle Club, Surulere, venue of the Glo-sponsored Laffta Fest comedy show last Sunday.
The show which began as early as 4pm pulled a mammoth crowd, filling the auditorium to maximum capacity with an overflow of guests numbering more than the guests inside the auditorium.
As at 2pm on Sunday, guests had filled the auditorium anticipating an evening of unrestricted entertainment from the comedians billed to perform.  A warm blend of green lighting effects which incidentally represented the colors of Globacom, set the mood for the evening.
The comedians lived up to expectation as the audience roared in laughter from the beginning of the show to the end. It was not surprising when the guests refused to leave the venue at the end of the show clamoring for more jokes.
Basket mouth who anchored the show was in his usual hilarious element. He announced the comedians and performers one after the other in a manner that left the audience wondering who would be next on stage.
Osama, D Don, Julius Agwu, I go Dye, Gordons, and Odogwu, were the comedians who held the audience spell bound jolting them from their seats with hilarious jokes.
