In celebration of the 10th annual
NEA awards, a stream of event have been lined up, part of which were the NEA
nominees banquet held at the federal palace hotel in Lagos on the 14th of
August 2015 and the AfroMusic Pop party; the after party for the banquet held
same day at D' Place V.I.
The two events were graced by a
large number of nominees who came out en masse; Falz, Cdq, Simi, Dj spinall, Dj
Nana, Dj Lambo, Dj Legend, Ghanaian actress Sonia Ibrahim who was in the
company of her delectable elder sister Juliet Ibrahim, Nigerian actress Iyabo
Ojo, Ruth Kadiri, Kehinde Bankole, Actor Wole Ojo, OAP Osi Dirisu, Tisan, Vj
Ehiz, Kiss Daniel, Fashion stylist Tiannah, Sound Sultan, Ycee, Niniola, Tijan,
Mr 2kay, TeeGee and many more
The host for the banquet, Ace
comedian, Ajebo kept the audience spell bound with performances by comedian
Kolo, Mc Shakara and I Go Laff. There are also wonderful performances by Simi,
Bular, ShadyXL, Mr. 2Kay, and Falz the BahdGuy.
The event was brought to a climax with the entry of YBNL honcho, Olamide who stormed the venue with his goons.
