Nollywood Star Actress, Tayo Sobola a.k.a. Sotayo Sets To Open Corporate Office and State-Of-The-Art TV Production Studio
Delectable actress/producer, Tayo Sobola popularly known in the movie industry as Sotayo is set to open her corporate office where all her businesses will be conducted. The corporate office tucked inside the highbrow Magodo Estate area of Lagos also houses a state-of-the-art TV production studio that boasts of latest movie cameras, production gadgets and editing suite.
In a press release made available to us by her management team, Magikal Entertainment Network, it was revealed that the star actress is leaving no stone unturned in making sure that the production studio becomes one of the best around. Elated Sotayo who just returned from a tour of USA and Dubai where she went to shop for interior fitting and equipments for the office and the studio stated that, “I’m so excited by this new venture. It is a milestone in my career and a step ahead for me in my plans to stay on top of my game. Having my own production house will enable me to step up my game and churn out more exciting movies and TV programmes”, the actress revealed.
The office and TV production studio commissioning are both slated for December 27, which is the eve of the actress birthday. Aside her office commissioning, Sotayo will also be celebrating her birthday with the students of Pacelli School for the Blind, a programme that have become a part of her in the last 3 years. It is her own little way of giving back to the society and appreciating the kids of the school most of whom are very talented and clever.
The graduate of Public Administration from Olabisi Onabanjo University has featured in many popular comedy skits for top Nigerian comedians and also starred in many movies.
She has also produced 3 full length movies of her own titled “Arewa Onijogbon”, “Corper Jide” and “Bella”. She won the Best International Actress at the African Entertainment Award 2015 held at the Living Arts Center, Mississauaga, Canada and 2015 City People’s Best New Yoruba Actress of The Year.
