Nigerian Artistes Need To Do More To Help In Fighting CoronaVirus - SK RaRi

 Artiste, music composer and producer Ikemefuna Spencer Chidera known as Spencerkratos or SK RaRi lamented that Nigerian artiste are not doing enough to fight and battle the deadly disease, Coronavirus. He mentioned that they can come together and create songs which can help create more awareness about this deadly virus.  

He further stressed that artiste would come together and make songs for politicians during campaigns and election period may be because of their different interests.

He said the so called big artiste should do more, “do more with your IG/YouTube channel. They only two artistes that have come together to do a conscious song to fight this virus is Falz and Don Jazzy with the song, ‘Safe’.

Sk Rari who is known for is monster hit song  “Classic Girl” which has well over half millions streams on SoundCloud shortly after it was release  is also working on new music projects at moment.

“We as artiste are role model and also have a vital role to play in the public space. We should use our platforms to help get us out of the mess and keep our economy alive.  We are have a role to play”, he said. 

SK RaRi also advised upcoming artiste to believe in their self but also learn a skill or two on music production and the business of music so they can have a clear advantage.
