Glo To Treat Abeokuta Subscribers To Sublime Entertainment

Telecommunications giant, Globacom, has assured its subscribers in Abeokuta and neighbouring communities of sublime fun this weekend.

The company said in a press statement issued in Lagos that it had lined up the biggest names in the country’s showbiz industry to ensure a night of “unforgettable fun and entertainment" for subscribers at its flagship concert, the Glo Mega Music Nationwide Tour, scheduled for the Ogun State capital this Saturday. These include six music superstars and four Nollywood icons. 

"We want to assure all our subscribers in Abeokuta and its environs that all is set for the Glo Mega Music Nationwide Tour  billed for the Silver Jubilee Hall, Onikolobo, on Saturday. Among the A-List artistes that will perform at the show are Marvin Records star, Reekado Banks;  dance hall master, Runtown; celebrated music icon, Phyno;  King of the streets, Olamide, and the Nabania crooner, Flavour", Globacom stated.

The company added that, in addition to the musicians, "Nollywood queens, Juliet Ibrahim and Ebube Nwagbo, will anchor the show, while Bolaji Amusan, aka Mr. Latin, Odunlade Adekola , Funke Akindele and Richard Mofe-Damijo (RMD), will also spice up the show as celebrity guests".

Glo Mega Music Nationwide Tour, Globacom explained, was designed to delight and reward its existing and new subscribers. The company urged those who would like to attend the show to use up to N2,000 worth of recharge card for voice and data within a month and send SMS "MUSIC ABEOKUTA" to the short code 207.

It explained that those who have not used up to the said amount could also come to the venue of the show and buy recharge card worth the same amount and be part of the epoch-making event. They could also recharge their lines with N2,000 through E-top-Up channels at the venue of the show to be eligible, the company added.
