GLO Delights Subscribers With Non-Stop Browsing At Valentine

A new promo that will allow Glo subscribers to buy LTE smartphones at super-discounted rates during the Valentine period in February has been unveiled by national telecommunications company, Globacom.

In a press statement in Lagos, Globacom said the promo will run from 5th to 19th day of February, adding that Glo subscribers will buy Huawei Y311 smartphone at N25, 000 instead of N37, 000 while Huawei Y511 has been reduced from N45, 000 down to N36, 000.

The Company added that subscribers who buy Y311 phone will have access to 3.13GB of free data monthly for four months while 4.5GB data will be available also four months for those who purchase the Huawei Y51.

It stated that the promo which will give subscribers opportunities to enjoy endless browsing during the Valentine season will also encourage Nigerians to buy gifts with enduring benefits for their loved ones.

“The fact that the freebies last for four months means that subscribers can enjoy the non-stop browsing before and long after Valentine’s Day”, the company explained.

Many Glo subscribers had enjoyed fantastic prizes in the past Valentine promos, with some rewarded with an all-expense-paid trip to the exotic Obudu Cattle Ranch resort in Cross River State.

It will be recalled that Globacom recently unveiled a new data regime which coincides with the Special Valentine Promo, thus confirming the company as the network with the biggest and best data bundles in the market.

Subscribers on the Glo network will enjoy 25% bonus across all data plans for every amount of subscription under the new bundles known as Unmatched Data.

“This means that for new subscribers and those who renew before expiration of their plans, a N100 subscription, for instance, will fetch a total of 100MB; a N200 will get 262MB; a N500 will get 1GB and N 1,000 will get 2GB. Also N2, 000 will attract a 4.5GB data bundle; a N2500 subscription will attract 7.2GB data bundle. All figures include the 25% bonus”, Globacom explained.
